Bishopsgate regeneration scheme called From Brownfield to Greenhill is a regeneration design which replaces the massive unusable derelict structure of the old goods yard with a vibrant mixed use development harnessing environmental energies.

The scheme provides personalised high density housing with associated functions of shopping, work studios, health, sports conference theatre and offices. It also incorporates recycling water and waste, solar power, natural light and ventilation and allows rail transport for goods and people.
